To sign up with Merchant Collect, the Merchant Collect Services Agreement and a
Returned Check Release Form (one for each of your locations), must be filled out
and signed.
These forms are provided to you in adobe PDF format for you to download.
Remember, you must have a Returned Checks Release form for each of your locations.
